This school year, 2023/2024, should be the final year for the old MIS2000 desktop app. Many of you have never even seen it, but it's the one that looks like this:

By this time next year, we hope to have everyone brought forward into a combination of the new Tablet App and the web app, which look like this respectively:

and

We know change can be unwelcome. Frankly we genuinely wish we could keep supporting the old app, but the technology is just too old and may become completely unworkable at any time.

Over half the states are already fully moved off the old app. Of the remaining states, most are just tying up loose ends and should be moved fully out within the next few months. And then we'll be devoting a lot of development effort toward helping the remaining states pick up the pieces.
