The MIS2000 web search page has a check box for "Active Only".

But what does "Active Only" mean? Answer - whatever you want it to mean. This is one of the many aspects of MIS2000 that we can customize for your state. Most states have Active Only mean something like, "Students who have eligibility left." But other states have defined it more like, "Students who have an open enrollment.", that is, an enrollment without a WithdrawDate. We even have states who don't have the checkbox shown at all so they can make sure that web users only see students with recent activity in the system.
